New members are always welcome, regardless of your level of play. Enthusiasm is far more important! As always we are actively recruiting cricketers of all levels to join the club and make a positive contribution towards achieving the goals set for 2009. Norwegian Cricket League: ''VCK Club Affiliations''
We are members of the Norwegian National Cricket League. The strongest league in Norway which has an excellent track record for national level cricket and is a part of the Norwegian Olympic Sports Council. This recent attribution has started to benefit Norway at International Cricket competitions all around the World. VCK is also an officially registered European Cricket Club at the E.C.B. based at Lords in England.

2009 VCK play in their first ever Overseas cricket tour in England. VCK won one match easily and tied another to start an unbeaten friendly tour record for the VCK First XI team.

Vålerenga CK become Officially registered club members of the ECB at Lords CC - London, England, UK.

2008 VCK are crowned 2nd Division Champions and are the first team to qualify for the N.C.F. 1st Division.

Voted Norwegian 'Team of the Year' Award 2008 - N.C.F. awards evening.

VCK Childrens' (Under 11's) Cricket team formed at Majorstuen, Oslo.

2007 Vålerenga CK finish 2nd and are eventual Winners of the 2nd Division Fair Play Award 2007.
